A Brief History :
Beginning as a software development company in 1984, A handful of Washington Cities contracted with MRC to continue the development of, and provide support for, a computer program based on the WSDOT PMS system that would allow them to categorize and analyze the current and future state of their roadway networks. The Centerline Software has received many improvements over the years and is now up to Version 7. Our PDA/GIS based Field Data Collection software with GPS capability is unrivalled in efficient data collection, both asset and defect. This technology has cut field collection and data entry time in half for many agencies.
Over the years, we've continued to add to our list of services, taking care that each product or service offered provides real value and a high return on investment to our customers.
